How Gift Aid Works

Gift Aid allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). This means your donation goes further, helping us provide:

• Medical support and emergency care

• Food and essential supplies for families

• Education and school support programs

• Housing and community development projects

Who Can Use Gift Aid?

You can make your donation go further if:

• You are a UK taxpayer

• You pay enough Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax to cover the amount SZWT will claim in Gift Aid

• You provide your full name, address, and confirmation that you want SZWT to claim Gift Aid

How to Donate with Gift Aid

1. Choose a donation amount on our website or through our fundraising campaigns

2. Tick the Gift Aid box on the donation form

3. Provide your details (name, address, and postcode)

4. Submit your donation

Once you do, SZWT can claim the extra 25% from HMRC, boosting the impact of your generosity at no additional cost to you
